We're not for everyone. You'll probably do better with Project Broadcast if you:

One filter catches everything: Pampered Chef orders, Table guests, customer leads, new team members. PartyPerfect Pro identifies each transactional email from Pampered Chef and Pampered Chef Table and automatically enters the data — sales totals, guest joins, party orders, wishlist activity, customer leads, new team members — into your sales numbers, your party tracker, and the right host's record.
The data lands where you'd actually use it — your sales numbers, your party tracker, the right host's record. And every imported email is logged in your Import History page so you can audit anything that came through.
This is not something Project Broadcast offers. It's not something most direct sales platforms offer at all. We built it because our users kept telling us they were spending an hour a day on data entry that a computer should be doing for them.

Real-world example
A typical Pampered Chef consultant sends about 400-600 outbound messages per month — broadcasts, host coaching texts, customer follow-ups, party invites.
On Project Broadcast's Starter plan, that's $25/month — and if you go over 500 credits, you have to upgrade to Business at $40/month.
On PartyPerfect Pro, that's $23.95/month. If you're under 100 broadcast-style messages, you're done. If you go over, additional credits are $0.015 each — so 400 extra messages costs $6 on top of your $23.95. Total: $29.95.

The honest migration timeline.
We won't pretend it's a one-click migration. It's not. But it's also not weeks of work. Here's what to actually expect.

Step 1: Export your contacts from Project Broadcast (15 minutes)
Project Broadcast lets you export your contact list as a CSV. Log into your PB account, go to Contacts, and use their export feature.

Step 2: Import to PartyPerfect Pro (10 minutes)
We have a contact importer that handles CSV files up to 25,000 contacts at a time. Most consultants finish this step in under 10 minutes. Tags and basic fields come over cleanly.

Step 3: Recreate your campaigns and templates (1-2 hours)
This is the slowest part. Your PB campaigns and message templates don't transfer automatically — you'll need to copy and paste them into PartyPerfect Pro. Most consultants find this is also a chance to clean up old campaigns they don't use anymore.

Step 4: Free number porting (5-10 business days)
This is our favorite part. Most consultants think they'll have to start over with a new phone number — losing every business card, every contact who knows them by that number. We don't do that. We port your existing Project Broadcast number to PartyPerfect Pro for free.
What you'll need to provide:
- A signed Letter of Authorization (we provide the form)
- A copy of your most recent Project Broadcast bill
- Your PB account info
What to know:
- The port takes 5-10 business days once we file it
- Keep your Project Broadcast account active until the port completes — if you cancel PB early, the number gets released and we can't port it
- Once the port is done, your old number rings to PartyPerfect Pro and you can cancel PB

Step 5: Run both tools side-by-side during the transition (optional)
Some consultants like to keep PB active for a week or two after migrating, just to watch nothing fall through the cracks. That's totally fine — your 30-day trial gives you plenty of room to overlap.
Total time: 2-4 hours of active work, plus 5-10 business days of waiting on the port.

- Voicemail recordings — we don’t offer voicemail drops, so there’s nothing to import

- Spaces / sub-account configurations — we don’t have an equivalent
- PB-specific landing page form data — you’ll rebuild capture pages with our drag-and-drop builder
Things to think about before migrating
- If you have unused PB credits, those don't refund and don't transfer. Use them up first if you can.
- If you're on a PB annual plan, check whether you can cancel mid-cycle. Some plans don't allow it.
- If you've built complex multi-step campaigns in PB, plan an extra hour or two to rebuild them.
