These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS messaging program operated by BerryWorks 3D LLC through PartyPerfect Pro ("we", "us", or "our").
PartyPerfect Pro is a SaaS platform for direct sales consultants. The SMS program sends appointment reminders, party confirmations, order and delivery updates, thank-you messages, and occasional follow-up communications to party hosts and their customers/guests who have opted in.
Consent to receive SMS messages is collected via an explicit, unchecked-by-default checkbox presented within the PartyPerfect Pro platform — during party host signup, customer/guest order placement, and contact or guest registration. The date, time, and method of consent are recorded for each opted-in number.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. You may receive 0–8 messages per month depending on your activity (party bookings, orders, etc.).
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data will never be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or disclose mobile opt-in data. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. By participating, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
