Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent information is explicitly excluded from any general data sharing and is only shared with service providers when strictly necessary to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

SMS and Mobile Communications

We collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data solely through explicit, unchecked-by-default checkboxes within the PartyPerfect Pro platform during party host signup, customer/guest order placement, and contact/guest registration.

These phone numbers are used only to deliver service-related SMS messages, including appointment reminders, party confirmations, order and delivery updates, thank-you messages, and occasional follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information (phone numbers) and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We do not sell or disclose mobile opt-in data to any third parties.

Mobile information and SMS consent data is used only to provide the messaging services requested and is shared only with necessary service providers (such as Twilio) strictly for delivering those messages.
