Your guests joined. Who still needs a follow-up?
Start with your party's guest list. Check who has an order recorded, choose the guests who haven't ordered yet, and send a short message that offers help. PartyPerfect Pro keeps that list and your follow-up tools together so you can review the people and the message before sending.

1. Start with the guest list
Before the party closes, review the guest list so you can offer help to the right people. Open the party in PartyPerfect Pro and review its guests. You can add guest information manually or through supported imports. Automatic imports need their own setup and only contain the information the source provides, so check the list for anyone missing before you plan a follow-up.
2. Check who has ordered
The Guest List shows each guest's ordered status in Ordered and Not Ordered columns. Before you reach out, compare it with your current order information and mark an order when one is missing. A guest without a recorded order has not necessarily skipped buying, and order updates may not arrive instantly, so a quick check keeps you from nudging someone who already placed an order.
3. Choose your follow-up
To text, choose Broadcast Text in the party's Guest List, select the Not Ordered Yet audience, then go to Write Your Message. You can start from one of your saved Scripts or write your own, and you review the recipients before anything is sent.
Prefer email? Copy emails · not ordered copies the addresses available for those guests so you can paste them into BCC in your own email app. It does not send an email, and guests without an available address are not included. For texts sent through PPP, eligibility and opt-out checks apply. If you use your own email app, check permissions and honor opt-outs before sending.
4. Keep it helpful
The best follow-up sounds like you checking in, not a countdown. Offer help, keep it short and ask one easy question. For example, personalized by hand:
"Hi Alex! Before Morgan's party wraps up, did you have any questions or want help choosing something? Happy to help."
Mention a closing date only when you know it is accurate, and skip pressure or made-up urgency. The words are always yours to choose, and your saved Scripts stay available whenever you want a starting point.
