What You're Agreeing To

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from PartyPerfect Pro and the associated consultant who invited you. These messages relate to parties, orders, and your interactions with your consultant.

How We Collect Consent

Consent is collected when a consultant adds you as a contact or party guest. Below is an example of the consent flow used in our application:

• The checkbox must be checked before any SMS messages can be sent to a contact.

• Consent records — including timestamp and method — are stored and can be provided upon request.

• Contacts can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting their consultant.

Who Sends Messages

Messages are sent by PartyPerfect Pro, operated by BerryWorks 3D LLC, on behalf of independent direct sales consultants.

These consultants represent companies such as Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Mary Kay, and other direct sales brands.

Types of Messages You May Receive

You may receive messages about:

  • Party invitations and event information
  • Booking confirmations and reminders
  • Order confirmations, updates, and shipping notifications
  • Follow-up questions about parties, orders, or catalogs
  • Occasional related messages such as thank-you notes or birthday wishes connected to your party or order activity

These are transactional and relationship-based messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional offers unless you give separate consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You can typically expect 1–10 messages per month, depending on party schedules, orders, and interactions with your consultant. Not everyone receives messages every month.

Message Delivery

To ensure your messages arrive complete and uninterrupted, longer messages may be automatically delivered as MMS (multimedia messaging) rather than split across multiple SMS segments. This means every message — regardless of length — is delivered as a single, intact message.

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive
  • You will receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed
  • After opting out, no further messages will be sent from that number
